…been browsing through my photos collection and found this nice food at Kampung Baru, KL. It was known to be the malay residential area. There are quite a number of Indonesian as well there. So, to try out those Indonesian food, I suggest this place. They have most of it, range from the Gado2 (Rojak Mie), Bakso (Beef Ball Noodle), Rojak, Nasi Padang and Satai Padang. The Satai Padang or we called it Sate Padang, is originated from West Sumatra and it is served with sauce make of either flour or peanut sauce. The one I am showing here is the flour sauce which is taste a little bit like curry, but it is nice. I am not sure what is the ingredients, but I know there are flour used. ;p Its been long time that I didn’t go there and try out the foods. You can as well get Indomie (originally made in Indonesia) there for about RM 15-20 per box which contains 40 packets. :p The food price were reasonable as well and Halal. They have Indonesian special drinks as well like es Teller (something like cendol, but better with avocado and some other fruits) and Avocado juice.

hmm…. you have to walk further down. I can’t remember what is the shop name since we have not been there for like years.
Perhaps you can try your luck to ask around the villagers.
