or have SHIT for brains.With a little effort,

find a place for your SHIT
or decide to SHIT or get off the pot.
Watched Super Size ME during my CNY holiday back in Indonesia and found few facts that fast food are not good for your health and diet. Especially those Super Size meal set which can be really bad. What would happen if you ate nothing but fast food for an entire month? You will find out in this movie where Morgan Suprlock for 30 days can’t eat or drink anything that is not on McDonald’s menu; he must wolf three squares a day; he must consume everything on the menu at least once and super size his meal if asked. So, those fast food fans, go find out what is so bad about eating fast food too often. No regret of watching this movie I can tell you. Good for you, family and friends. Let people learn what is bad in the diet.

….just watched this movie which is recommended by AuYongTC and Cheok Yeen while we all went to Sungei Wang to get some DTS 9 dvds. The story is about Andy Dufresne (Tim Robbins) who is sentenced to two consecutive life terms in prison for the murders of his wife and her lover in the late 1940s. However, only Andy knows that he didn’t commit the crimes. Sent to Shawshank prison to do hard time, Andy - a taciturn banker in the outside world - has to learn to get by in he brutal, cutthorat confines of prison life. His quite strength slowly earns the respect of his fellow inmates - most notably, Red (Morgan Freeman) - and even much of the prison staff. But Andy’s seemingly stoic acceptance of his unjust imprisonment hides a fierce determination for freedom. Andy ended up escaped from Shawshank with his brick hammer then through the drainage. Red exemption was approved in the end and he met Andy in the end as a free man.
I get to know this quote - “Get busy living or get busy dying”. Sounds really cool. hehe
