Track Down

Just watched Track Down on DVD, an old movie about Kevin Mitnick the super hacker, about what has he done, what caused him to get caught and we can see here on how great he was. It seems like we have to be able to stay awake and full concentration. Look at the way the type in the movie, it was awesome. A good watch apart from ‘Hacker’ movie which is talking about Zerocool - a kid who hacked into US military system. If you have watched ‘Hacker’, this movie is having more or less same tools and way of hacking. They use public telephone, they pretend to be some authority over the phone, they change places, they hack the public phone with the recorded sound of the number to access it. But in Kevin Mitnick case, he is more pro and have been living a restless life. Just check it out.. hoho

One day a farmer’s donkey fell down into a well. The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do. Finally he decided the animal was old and the well needed to be covered up anyway, it just wasn’t worth it to retrieve the donkey. He invited all his neighbours to come over and help him. They all grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well. At first, the donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly.

Then, to everyone’s amazement, he quieted down. A few shovel loads later, the farmer finally looked down the well and was astonished at what he saw. With every shovel of dirt that hit his back, the donkey was doing something amazing. He would shake it off and take a step up. As the farmer’s neighbours continued to shovel dirt on top of the animal, he would shake it off and take a step up. Pretty soon, everyone was amazed as the donkey stepped up over the edge of the well and trotted off!

Life is going to shovel dirt on you, all kinds of dirt. The trick to getting out of the well is to shake it off and take a step up.

Each of our troubles is a stepping-stone. We can get out of the deepest wells just by not stopping, never giving up! Shake it off and take a step up!

Remember the five simple rules to be happy:
1. Free your heart from hatred.
2. Free your mind from worries.
3. Live simply and without fear.
4. Give more.
5. Expect less.

Okay.. here we are.. I have been wanting to make up this picture since a year ago. A year ago, when the camera phone is so popular and new, we are playing with it in the class everyday. Every person who fell asleep in the class, we will snap it. Just for the fun of it and to stay awake during those boring classes. hoho The faces are blurred to protect the image of the people sleeping. NB: If any of your picture is found inside this picture here, and you get offended, please bear with it ya. I already blurred all the faces, so no one know it, unless our classmates. :p I am bored with study for test. So, this is what I came out with to kill my boredom. haha :p Just a recal of the past, remember how we all sleep in class badly, and due to this snapping things, everyone was aware when they are sleeping in class. But now, very less people are actually sleeping in the class anymore. kih kih kih So, to be fair to all, I also did sleep in class before and it is very hard for people to be able to get my sleeping pic. But then, finally I got one. Perhaps two… the other one is so horrible. :p

SEPET
Source: Sepet’s official website

Finally I watched it. Sepet… it refers to the small eyes of chinese people. In Indonesian language we call it sipit. Really a touching love movie and a good watch. I got the uncensorred version from the sharing server here in the hostel and just found a good time to watch. I recommend this movie for those who are still single or having doubt in your feeling for someone. Its a good watch. There are combinations of chinese languages like Cantonese, Mandarin and Hokkien. The hokkien part is really nice and funny. There is when Jason or Ah Loong talking with his best friend in the hospital about the history, his friend was telling about Hang Tuah and so on which sounds like: “Eh de cai bo, he le Hang Tuah, Hang Jebat, hang cibai, si mi hang la.. wa thia lang kong in lang si teng lang lai lo. Ka liao hang ma..” and it continues with replies from Jason. I think this part is censored in cinema.

Hohoho this movie is so realistic and shows greatly true Malaysian picture. The best Malaysian movie I have watched so far. They did told about the old movies like P. Ramlee’s. I have watched P. Ramlee’s movies since I was young as back in my hometown in Indonesia, we only have one local station and the rests are Malaysia and Singapore channels. That was back when the tvs mostly are still black and white and only few can afford the color one. Till today, I can still watch Malaysian channels back there. So, when I miss Malaysia, I will switch on the tv to the channels and watch my favourites shows. hohoho nice huh. One quote from the movie I would like to highlight:

“It is as near to you as your life,
but you can never wholly know it.”
- by Robindranoth Tagore

So, based on my understanding, this quotation is trying to tell that the love is with you, but it will never be fully understandable. Does it sounds correct? haha By the way I am rather blur now due to lack of sleep.

The ending is kinda confusing though as at first, Orkid called Jason and there is no answer to the phone. Then flasbacks of the past is shown and a scen showing Jason already fell down from his motorbike with his handphone ringging. But after that, the ring continues and Jason picked up the phone call and Orkid talked to him. Then after the conversation of miss you luv you sayang, honey and so on, the movie ends. So, no one know what is happening to Jason. Is he really dead or is he still alive but in the hospital?

Found these pictures of Tian Hou temple in KL, somewhere near to Mid Valley Megamall. Went there last year with some friends for a prayer on Wesak Day and snap around. It has a nice design and good view of KL. Could get a better view of KL with real digital camera. All of these pictures were taken with Sony Ericsson T610 Phone and Nokia 6600 phone. Anyone been there? So far I have been there for two times. Last year with friends and in year 2000 with my parents. Didn’t have the picture four years go with me now, else can compare my different faces between the years. hhaaha I changed a lot.
