This movie is coming up in the cinema in Malaysia soon. I saw the trailer last week in GSC Mid Valley, but can’t wait till the time, I bought the dvd. This movie is really brutal and sadistic. Not good for kids. The movie tell about the chucky and the wife doll which were frozen from the voodoo and used in the movie production. One day, there is another voodoo doll that was given to a boy in England as birthday present by someone unknown. The doll killed the whole family and later being used as an entertainer doll.

Later on when the doll watched the news where Chucky and wife (Tiffany) being talked about, he escaped from the entertainer and go to US to find chucky as he believed that chucky is his/her parent. When finally the doll met Chucky and Tiffany, they are still frozen till then he say out some voodoo word. So, the doll was treated as their child and they are having problem deciding the gender of the doll. This is only the early part. The rest of the scene tells about killing hobbies of chucky that is slowly taught to their child, and injecting chucky’s sperm into a celebrity (Jennifer) to produce their son in human form which in the end turns out to be one son and one daughter. They at first planned to take over the celebrity and another guy friend of the celebrity’s bodies and so they can be a real celebrity with the soul of the doll. But in the end, they ended up in a fight and chucky was killed and chopped into pieces by his son. So, only his son and tiffany get to transform into human.

It is a very good watch. But I think the cinema version will be full of censors as they are lots of brutal acts. You can visit Seed of Chucky Official Website for more synopsis, wallpaper, sticker, tattoo and more stuffs.

Sunrise… sunrise…
Looks like morning in your eyes
But the clock’s held 9:15 for hours

Sunrise… sunrise…
Couldn’t tempt us if it tried
Cuz the afternoon’s already come and gone

And I said
Hooo, hooo, hooo
To you

A new song by Norah Jones - Sunrise.
Just a start up for this topic… hoho

So, everyday when I am back home, I will follow my dad for a morning walk. We woke up at 4.45 am and started moving to the housing complex around 5.10 am and started walking till 7.15 am. So, it will be around 2 hours of fast walking through out the complex. The morning breeze is really nice and fresh. The housing complex is located at one corner of the town and surrounded by a wild forest. We get to see monkeys sometimes. So, half-way walking, the sun rising through. I took out my Sony Ericsson T610 and started snapping. It turns out quite nice for some. The last area we walked through is the golf course. So, there is a golf course in my small hometown. Great isn’t it? hohoho These sunrise pictures were taken from the golf course. Oh.. I love the nature.

Before I depart to my hometown in Indonesia, I will have to go to Malacca first and took the ferry the next day. So, the day when I was in Malacca, I visited the Jonker Walk at night for dinner. I was looking for the pumpkin cake and bbq fish, but these two were closed that day or maybe they stop selling there. There is another pumpkin seller, but I still prefer the auntie with motorbike selling it. It has more ingredients and spicy. So, I came across this famous Cendol/Chendol’s shop located at one ancient house. Their cendol is one of the tasty one and will be always full of people. So, I decided to have dinner there as they have laksa too. So, went into the house and sit down, waiting to be served. But no one came and served us. I came to think that maybe this place is self-service. So, I went out and ordered some laksa, too bad didn’t get what we wanted (sold out), instead got ourselves Tomyam Laksa which is nice too. Then I order the cendol, and the seller said it was sold out. OMG!!! It is only 8.30 and its sold out? Last time I went there after 9, they still have it. Wow, business is so good. So, I didn’t get the chance to enjoy the cendol. Anyway, Jonker Walk has more new stalls now and looked more arranged. This is my most favourite hanging out place in Malacca. Every weekend I will come to Jonker Walk by my mountain bike and cycle around, take dinner, look for anything new and interesting. We used to drink here in Jonker Walk at these two cafes located opposite of each other: Geographer and Ringo. Geographer is the pub that is featured in the Hong Kong movie called Summer Holiday starred by Richie Ren and Sammy Cheng. Ringo is classic look and has a good singer as well as guitar player with harmonica. So, I snap around my phone’s camera inside the cendol restaurant and I got this:

Child, don’t you worry
It’s enough you’re growing up in such a hurry
Brings you down the news they sell you
To put in your mind that all mankind is a failure

But nobody knows what’s gonna happen tomorrow
We try not to show how frightened we are
If you let me I’ll protect you however I can

You’ve got to believe it’ll be alright in the end
You’ve got to believe it’ll be alright again (again)

Fighting, because we’re so close
There are times we punish those who we need the most
No we can’t wait for a savior
Only got ourselves to blame for this behaviour

But nobody knows (nobody knows)
What’s gonna happen tomorrow
We try not to show how frightened we are
It would seem lonely if you were the only star in the night

You’ve got to believe it’ll be alright in the end
You’ve got to believe it’ll be alright again

(time is a riibbon, a silent icy river, froze us all
running deep deep and fast
enough to get lost down in the flow
thrashing around these tiny lives mean everything )

And nobody knows
What’s gonna happen tomorrow
So don’t let go
Now we’ve come this far
Hold my hand please understand me
Never alone

We’ve got to believe it’ll be alright in the end (nobody knows)
We’ve got to believe it’ll be alright, my friend (so don’t let go)
And yes we believe it’ll be alright again (so don’t let go)

- By Duran Duran

No body will knows what’s gonna happen tomorrow. We got to keep living and carry out our duty and not too dedicated to know what’s gonna happen tomorrow. Just keep together and we gonna go through everything in a cool way.

Laksa Shack….. makes me thought back about those nice foods in Malacca. Nyamm….

Been wanting to post about this restaurant earlier, but didn’t get a picture of the foods, so finally I have some pics of the foods that I tried when I went to Times Square with friends. The restaurant can be found in One Utama and Sunway Pyramid as well. Those are the one I have encountered. They have so many types of laksa ranging from Laksa Johor, Laksa Nyonya, Laksa Sarawak, Laksa Curry, Laksa TomYam, Laksa Bali, and few more. They even has Laksan and Lontong (rice cube). I like the lontong as I missed this food. Lontong is one of my favourite food back in Indonesia. Other than that, they have Nasi Beriyani and Nasi Uduk (Indonesian delicacy, something taste like nasi lemak, but different). I have tried the Nasi Uduk before. Not bad, but still it is best back there. The nasi uduk consists of rendang chicken, prawn cracker, cucumber, egg, some coconut floss and sambal.

Drinks are normal, and for desserts, they have ABC and Mamak Cendol. Tried these two before and its quite okay la, can’t really beat the real nyonya cendol. Prices are moderate. Laksa will cost around RM 7.90 and deserts will be around RM 5.50. Interrior of the restaurant is nice, simple and service are okay. Didn’t manage to capture the view of the restaurant. They have one website at http://www.laksashack.com.my/, but not providing full details of location, menu and so on. I am not really sure whether this domain is really belong to the restaurant or just someone bought it over and provide information about laksa “briefly”.

During our order, we asked the waiter for their recommendations and which is the best laksa they provide. He recommends us Johor Laksa. The taste? Hm… I like the kuah (soup) which is thick and can get the taste of the santan clearly. But, the ingredients are simple, consisting only noodle or meehoon, dou-fu (bean curd), cucumber and boiled egg. The other one is Sarawak Laksa, it taste quite spicy, with the ingredients: chicken, cucumber, onion, beancurd, fish cake and noodle/meehon. Not bad too. I like the Johor Laksa. very nice. hoho
