Finally, tried some new food again here in Singapore. This time is Apolo Banana leaf restaurant located near Little India MRT Station. Its a south Indian cousine served on banana leaf. Very traditional way of serving and their services are great there. Lots of tourists are found eating there as well.
So, we ordered some Tandoori chicken, curry mutton and curry squid. Everyone was served nasi briyani on top of the banana leaf placed on the table. We had such a perfect lunch today, and just felt like being around Malaysia again. haha Its been long time since I last eat mamak food. I noticed there are some special drinks which a lot of people ordered. They are lime juice and fresh cow milk. Too bad I have already ordered something else.
Their curry fish and fish head seems delicious too. Will go for it the next time we go there again. hohoho Didn’t take picture with my handphone today, cos we were just too hungry and can’t wait to settle the food. hahaha It cost each of us SGD 12 for that meal complete with drink. Quite expensive for the same kind of food which we can get in Malaysia. But, this is Singapore, so well, that is reasonable for these rarely found food.
They have established a website too, but not fully perfect from what I see, due to some functions aren’t directed to the correct file and some functions are missing. But, it provides enough introduction about the restaurant. Why don’t you check it out here.

Had Lontong Chap Goh Meh for dinner at Resto-Surabaya. hoho Delicious and nice. But bigger portion would be better. Well, that’s all for this weekend. Outing at Starbucks chit chatting with friends and wondering around doing window shopping and have good food. Apart from that, the normal activity of job application keeps going on everyday. More interviews are coming. Two interviews are waiting this early March. Hope can get a hold of any one. Still waiting for updates from the previous two interviews as well and an either good/bad news from a friend who will be helping me to get an employment.
