Had this Fried Kway Tiaw at Wisma Atria’s Food Republic food court. This stall is best for its Fried Prawn Mee. Served on top of some leaves just as in the picture. The prawn mee here is also called Hokkien Mee sometimes. But a totally different hokkien mee, with clear sauces. Normally, Hokkien Mee in Malaysia will be dark with soy sauce. Will post the picture when I went for it again. Since I have tried the prawn me, I tried their fried kway tiaw today. Their prawn are best, big and “Si Ham” is also bigger and nicer. It taste just nice, but a little bit salty just like normal fried kway tiaw would be.
Poseidon, a good name for a cruise. Poseidon is a God of the Sea. Warning! Read at your own risk. :p Not much spoiler though.
This is a movie about the cruise that was turned around by a rogue wave of 150 feet tall. The accident started right after few minutes of screening of the movie for introducing the characters. So, the whole movie will be about the attempt of few main characters to escape from the up-side-downed cruise. Lots of people died, and as usual, some survivors are the main characters. This is really thrilling and at some point, you will think back of Titanic. But no love making in it. They just don’t have time for it cos the rogue wave strikes too fast. :p
The accident just happen right after the new year’s countdown and while everyone was happily partying. The lady singer at the fine dining party seems familiar and looked like the Black Eyed Peas’s lady singer. Well, there are some sacrifices made during their escape and out of that big cruise, and there are only [find out the number yourselves from the movie] survivors.
Rating for this movie, hmm.. great movie to watch, great effect. If you like Titanic, you will love this. But, if you do not like Titanic, you will also like it. Just check it out la. hahaha The escape journey are so thrilling, that they have to encounter so many threats of fire, drowning, water pressure, and lots more. But, I just hate it because those family at the back, keep talking and at one time the uncle or who talked to the kid asking about something. Too much distraction.
I give this movie 8/10. Next coming on 18th May: The Da Vinci Code. hahahhaah
