Wow, what a wonderful surprise and good timing for Valentine’s day!

Apple releases its range of iPod Shuffle 2nd Gen with colors casing now. Superb. Makes me drool more for it. This is more fashionable at least. Wondering should I get it. LOL. SGD 138 for one. Good to replace my old and gone-dark-1st-gen-shuffle. :p

I like the orange and green. Orange one is unique.

Well, as usual, every Monday sure will be marked as Monday Blues, Manic Monday and so on. This is because we have been enjoying ourselves a lot during the weekend and now we have to work hard for the rest of the week and back to the enjoyment during weekend.

But this Monday feels different. Woke up at 7.00am, different from my usual 6.00am. Slowly take my time to get ready, take bus to work and voila, I reached office late for about half an hour again just like the previous time. What is the difference? The difference is that I sleep much longer, distance is shorter. But out of my predicted time, I wasted about 20 minutes waiting for bus, waiting for toilet turn, and packing.

So, best will be 6.30am for me now (with breakfast allocated in the duration). So, its like a brand new life with all changes. And my gym life has changed as well. I have started to get more regular last week and it has succeeded. Shall carry on and stick to it more.

At least this Monday was not so blues for me, apart from getting sleepy the whole day as I try not to take coffee in the morning, but I couldn’t. So, I am now sipping coffee on my desk, finding out what more I can do about the pending cases.

The weekend was fine, spent half of Saturday watching TV series on Macbook, then the other half is moving and bought some bed stuffs. At night went for a cafe session, had a chat and all. It felt so nice to be near the town.

Sunday was spent on Body Combat early in the morning. Supposedly I won’t wake up that early, but thanks to the Fan’s Alarm, I got awaken by 9.00am, just right time for me to get ready and decide for gym. So, I rushed myself out to the gym and reached on time. After gym, went around shopping. Got next month’s Men’s Health and The Game from Kinokuniya. Get a Nike Free Trail’s 5.0 for my dad, and myself a Brazillian Praia flip flops from NUM.

Okay, enough shopping. This week shall stick to the gym again, and I am thinking of going back to swimming. Yeah, I need to swim again. To straighten my back, and to clear out the skin. I am having a bad T-shape mark on my back. Finding a way to get rid of it.

Welcome to my new life. :)

NB: In case if you notice, there is a new Chinese New Year banner on top which I put up since Saturday. Did it on Saturday morning. Random scribbles.

Yo! Here we are on another food post.

This time around, we went back to Warung Pojok again to try out some other foods they have.

Its Nasi Goreng and Ayam Goreng Kalasan (Fried Rice and Kalasan Fried Chicken).

Fried rice from Indonesia can be a little bit different from normal fried rice we have here. It normally consist of fried eggs, crackers, chicken slices, some fried onion, and rice of course. :p

Thank God Its Friday again now. Left a few more weeks to Chinese New Year. I am moving out this weekend to a room I rented near the town. Hope it will be a good new experience for me for the coming 6 months. Gotta rearrange my schedules and activities.

So, first, I will be able to wake up a little later, perhaps by 7.00am or earliest 6.30am. This is great. Then of course will be able to sleep late about 11.00pm and not having less than 8 hours of sleep.

The main point is, I have more time to spend now. So, shall make good use of this time.

Today is my last day of long journey to office. Good bye long hours journey to work. :)

Been facing lots of pressures handling the customers lately, but glad that I could still stay patience. At times I lost my mind and almost reached the peak of the volcano eruption, but I try to think logically again that these customers do not know in detail what we are having, and this is my job to explain to them. Gotta learn to be more patience next time.

Well, lately been pretty obsessed with body combat and planning out my weight training to loose more weight, especially to reduce the size of the spare tyre.

This week is a good start. Started up with Body Combat on Monday, weight training on Tuesday, back to Body Combat on Wednesday (a very late one), and today continue weight training (the other body parts), and Friday a break, and hopefully this Saturday another Body combat session.

So there will be like 3 body combat sessions a week which is very good for loosing weight. Full cardio movement which burns a lot of calories and fats hopefully. Its 1 hour work out with 10 tracks of songs, is really addictive I can say and demanding. At times you will feel like you are forcing yourself to give all out to it. Especially when everyone has already warm up and the music is getting louder and faster, and that is the time when you feel the adrenaline rush.

Last two weeks Body Combat move 30 was launched and we had it for two weeks. Now its back to the normal tracks. Looking forward to Combat move 31 which is predicted to be out on March 5th.

Since I am obsessed with Body Combat, I had bought two sets of handwraps, and planning to get more gears for it like: A X-training sneakers, track pants (From Nike Women & Adidas), Nike thumb wrap and some sleeveless x-training tee. :p More spending I guess. But as long as it is needful. Step by step.

Well, yesterday was the first time I stay back at gym till the late hours. Shopping centeres were already closed, there were still about 10-15 people working out in the gym. Its about 9.40pm that we finished the class (skipping the conditioning part).

Reached home, clean up, prepare for next day gym gears, and sleep straight. It was the nicest sleep I had since lately. Its very nice when you just feel like dropping your body straight onto the bed and let the night flows. Woke up with some muscle aches, but its been common, and no big deal about it. Few more weeks to reach the goal. Hope I can stick onto this plan. Of course lesser junk food during weekends and cut down on cafe sessions.

Just some posting about life while we are taking break from the food post.
