Finally its Friday again. The whole week has been really hectic for me. Lots and lots of cases coming in like the flow of water on the river.

Finally, I can rest through out the weekend again, enjoying every minute of the day and night I had. Body Combat 31 is launching this Sunday, and still deciding whether to attend the launch or not. Lets see how Saturday turns out to be.

Been lazy to do weight training lately, so for the past 2 weeks, there were only Body Combats for me. Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday. The rest of the day is rest and dinner. Hope I am not adding up fat again. Gotta kick my butt up to go for the weight training again.

Been wishing that I could go back to Indonesia soon and long, but seems like this month is not permitting. Have to make good use of my leave applications.

Whenever it reaches Friday, I felt relieved from this terrible work stress. I belive some of you might feel the same too.

So… enjoy your weekend people. Live your life to the fullest. Forget all worries during the weekend and be happy.

About 10 minutes ago, there was a tremor felt in the office. I though someone was pushing my cubicle and pulling it. Came to realize that this is the feel of a tremor from an earthquake. A moment after, everyone ran out of their cubicle and felt the same. I received an sms from Indonesia (Sumatra) that they felt tremor as well. It was felt for about 15-20 seconds. Stronger tremor was felt somewhere at the center of Sumatra (Riau province).

What on earth is happening? Singapore, KL, Sumatra felt tremor at the same time. Hope there is no bad things happening and everyone is fine.

Still feeling dizzy till now.

Update:
Source of tremor was the earthquake at Southern Sumatra near to Padang - Sumatra Barat (West Sumatra Province). Magnitude at 6.3 Richter Scale.

Hi folks, been lazy lately, no topics to blog about, no pictures.. err actually there are some, but just lazy. Will be back to my routines soon. I need sometime away to reconcile myself.

1. Work
Been extra busy, bombarded with lots and lots of new problems, and they keep coming in. There is just no break. I hope I could catch up with it and settle all soon.

2. Exercise
Been only having Body Combat on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. The rest of the week skipped gym. But its good enough for a start after long holiday. Almost fell sick last week and now I felt that I almost fell sick again. Maybe I am dehydrated and lack of rest. Shall drink more water.

3. Life
Life been shaky lately, a new relationship, still coping up, having missing home so much, thinking about life and future plans. This is headache kind of stuffs. It takes times to think about.

4. Diet?
Well, diet been good, more or less some times there are nice foods, but not always.

5. Expenditure
Expenditure is increasing, but trying to eliminate some useless expenditure slowly, and hope I could save more. Wants still keep coming in and adding up. Trying my best to hold it up. As for now, I do have what I needed. Wants? You wait for your time.

Okay, will be back soon. I need some rest.

This picture has been in the Harddisk for quite sometimes. Just feel like sharing it out. Missing this town so much. An underdeveloped town which is very slow in development, but still it is a peaceful town. A town where people knows each other mostly, a town at which wherever you go, people can identify you easily. Its a nice town indeed. My hometown.

Dumai is located by Sumatra island, right on the province of Riau. With the province capital of Pekanbaru. The nearest neighbouring country’s town is Malacca. It took 2 hours ferry ride to reach Dumai from Malacca. Ticket price about RM 80-90 one way.

Dumai is known for its petrol refinery and its ideal location which is good for export and import. There has been wide range goods exported and imported through Dumai.
