TGIF people! This week seems to passed so fast. Hope this weekend I could allocate some time to do something useful.

Okay, I think most of us have gone through this before as the customer who is experiencing problems with certain products and especially electrical goods. Some of us are IT experts, and some are novice users. So, no matter how, there is a need for understanding from the technical support person on your expertise. So, they can adjust as to how they shall advise you.
Just to share some of my thoughts when dealing with Technical Support, especially when dealing through e-mail. Supporting customers through e-mail can be really hard and time consuming. It is because the technical person is not there on site, and they only rely on the information provided, and how well that customer is responding to it.

Previously, in this very cupboard, resides one bottle of Chivas Regal. Lately, there were two new members coming over to join the family.
Just happenned that I came back to Singapore from Batam, I am eligible for Duty Free items. I get Tiger Classic Beers, and Absolut Vanilia.
The beers still remain untouched. Still deciding whether to give it away as present or I drink it myself. 
The Absolut Vanilia is not bad. I like the smell. I shall try to mix it around for better taste and variety. Going to look for more recipes.
