I am back…! There are plenty of things to blog, but just not in mood lately. Lots of things that need attention and thinking. Its better now. Had a short weekend break in Batam again this weekend. Felt like home a bit. Maybe because it is Indonesia. I missed Indonesia’s lifestyle a lot at times. This weekend, had lots of chilis and spicy foods. Stomach not used to it. Suffering from indigestion a bit now.

Okay… previously, we talked about Balerang Bridge in Batam. Let me share with you how nice is the view from top of the bridge. Not forgetting the sunset time which is best. Stay tuned for the sunset series. One of the great memories.

Notice the last few pictures showing wooden houses by the side of the bay. That is a seafood restaurant. Nice to enjoy sunset and enjoying a BBQ seafood from there.

Over the weekend, had a chance to stay over at Batam from Thursday night to Sunday night. It was the most memorable time ever. Wonderful. Won’t forget this moment together.

On Saturday, we went for a small trip over to an island nearby that is reachable by car. There were about 5 bridges that you have to passed through, hoping from one island to another.

The first bridge is awesome. Nice design. I was told that it was built during the era of President B.J. Habibie (around 1998-1999). From further searched around, it was named as Balerang Bridge.

The other 4 bridges were simple bridge. It was high enough that you can even have Bungee Jumping here. Very nice view from the top you can see.

Upon reaching the Balerang Island, you can visit an Ex-camp of Vietnam army. There was a temple, ex-hospital, camp and many more. Too bad it was almost sunset that we can’t go around much, so we only saw the ex-red cross (PMI - Palang Merah Indonesia) building and visited the Pagoda Temple for prayer.

Another great food product from Indonesia: Top chocolate bar. Produced by PT Ceres - Indonesia under license from Delfi Chocolate Manufacturing S.A. Switzerland.

Delfi has been a well known chocolate manufacturer and their chocolate are delicious.

Top has few flavours: Chocolate, Strawberry, and Cappucinno.

It contains: Flavoured cream Wafer coated with caramel, rice crispy and chocolate. Very crispy and nice.

The best flavour is the pure Chocolate flavours.

Top has been imported by few countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei and Australia.

In Singapore and Malaysia, you can find Top in mini’s form, sold in a package of about 15-20. Available in major supermarkets.

So, if you are feeling like eating chocolate the fun way, but not wanting to consume too much, get Top Minis.

I’ve got a full box of 20 of the normal sized Top in Strawberry flavour last month and I can’t even finished it up till today. Had some shared with friends though.

In Indonesia, there even exists Top X-Large. Nice isn’t it?
