Have been doing the new release of Body Combat 34 for almost 2 weeks now (this is the second week) and I am liking it so much now. I felt stronger by doing this release and there are plenty of shuffle in this release. Most of the moves are in high counts and they are really blasting. Love it. You will need to move fast in this release as some moves were testing your quick response.
Oh ya, there are plenty of speed balls. Loving it…. My arms feel so great after doing the full tracks. I feel so powerful. But really, this release is pushing you up to your max level of intensity exercise. what you all feel about it? With more speed balls, I feel like getting the speedball equipment for myself already.

Hi Cate,
I am really sorry as for other types of Les Mills classes are hardly found in the internet. As for Body Combat, you can search for them anywhere.
For Vixia, I am not sure whether she will not mind if I expose her e-mail address out. Just hope that she is reading this post and can update you on the matter.

Hi,
Thanks for the highlight of BodyCombat. I am really enjoying the new release too. It was my first Les Mills class ever, and first time back in the gym for 2 years. Wow it definately kicks my ass.
Vixia is there anyway I can get in touch with you. I am not going to be able to go to the gym shortly and would love to get ahold of some of the Les Mills Programs so I can continue on my own.
Thanks

Hi Vixia,
Thank you for highlighting the source where you obtain the CDs from. Temporarily, I have hidden the e-mail. Because it might be bad for him and for my site as well. So, if you really want to publish that e-mail, please ask his permission first as this is not a private forum and everyone could just come to here.

I love all of the Les Mills programs… I’m a addict… lol, with over 100 releases and building my collection! There’s a lot of programs out there, but none I have found to be quite as results driven!! That’s for sure!

I get all of my Les Mills stuff from a guy who used to sell them on ebay before the big bann on selling them. Just email him at (e-mail address hidden until statement that it is fine to be published) and tell him Vixia sent you. He’s skiddish about selling them to the public, but if you tell him I sent you, he’ll know it’s okay.
