Taken at One George Street’s Fitness First club swimming pool lounge. Long shutter plays the role here. No tripod used. Table instead. :)

Look how awesome to be able to swim with this view all the time. I like it very much and I gonna miss it very soon.

Had a nice decent dinner on Sunday with a bunch of friends after going shopping at Raffles City. I feel its fun to shop at Raffles City rather than anywhere else. Maybe because it is more concentrated now and easy access? :)

While walking around to decide which place to go for dinner, we passed by this Shokudo Japanese Pasta and Pizza at City Link Mall. Previously, it is Shokudo Japanese Restaurant with all black and ninja kind of restaurant set up. After checking the menus, and after all confirmed, we go for it. The set up is really nice and comfortable. I like the oval seat we are on, its so unique and different. Btw, we had a hard time to decide which meal to have as there are so many range of foods to choose from. After sometimes checking out their menu, we finally decides on these below. Can’t really recall all their names, but some are fettucine in tomato cream sauce. And the desserts are red bean ice with mochi and black sesame ice cream, and mango ice with dunno what the name. :P Finally, of course the pizza lah. But it is so thin, even thinner than the Italian pizza we have ever had. Just like crepes and can’t get you full with that though. But it taste really nice. Worth the trying. Damage to me about SGD 25 for pasta, dessert and shared pizza.

The service was good, and the staff were so polite to offer himself to take pictures for us. :) Good impression you have there. Fine. We might drop by again sometimes, but not always la ya. From what I read in newspaper, Shokudo Japanese Pasta & Pizza is managed by the same owner of Thai Express and Xing Wang Hongkong Cafe. These are the three nice place to dine in and hang out with friends. The most that we drop by is the Xing Wang Hongkong Cafe @ Cineleisure Orchard. Okay, enough of introduction and free advertorial. Its time to take a look at the rest of the pictures. Get ready to salivate… :P

I have been wondering lately, I did loose some weight since 2006. It was till last year’s Chinese New Year when I am purchasing a new pair of jeans, I realized I can fit in one size smaller (33). That was great, bingo! Last few months when I was back home in Indonesia, I can fit into my 32″ old pairs of jeans again. Yeehaa! Bingo again! And last Christmas, I bought another pair of jeans at 33″ because 32″ was too tight on the leg. But last week, I purchase another pair of jeans, the skinny one, I just came to find out that 31″ fit me just nice with a little gap still. Wow! Isn’t it great?

Yeah! That was really great. One thing I am scared of is, I might loose more weight and there goes all my nice pairs of jeans. I just put 2 good pairs of my jeans into storage, of which they are 34″ in size. That was during the era of 80 kgs. LOL. Can’t believe they looked really big on me now.

Now I fred I might have to let go my new pair of jeans @ 32″ sooner or later.

Overall, apart from the waist length which is I rarely notice until I purchase a new pair of pants or jeans, the fat percentage on that bloody tummy is still the same. Well, it actually shrinks for sometimes and then get big again. Weight wise, there has been no change at all, perhaps I think I am gaining some weight now. Anyway, I love this lifestyle of working out and achieving them without noticing and one day you found out you are already on a good track. Although sometimes you might feel you are not satisfied and the road seems very far ahead.

I shall take more pictures of myself from time to time now. I will definitely miss this kind of lifestyle later on. I hope it can be kept up and followed wherever it is. Chinese New Year is 3.5 weeks from now, way to go to loose some weight and pack up some muscles. That is of course to add in weight training and cardio session under body combat and some total body workout exercise like swimming. Back to schedule now. yeahhh…… Cheers to the hardworks….

You shall know how nice it felt if you went through it. If you haven’t do so, start from now. Its still the beginning of the year, you have many months to go to achieve a goal. Lets get it started here and forever.

TGIF people. Finally weekend is here again. After this weekend, there will be 3 more weekends to go before Chinese New Year. Time passed quite fast. Can’t wait for that time of the year again. :) Shopping will continue this weekend again and hope I could get somethings at least.

Just to share some encounter of weird people again. Yesternite after back from a swim from One George Street, I took MRT back from Raffles Place. When reaching Dhobby Ghaut station, a guy come in with a radio being on. I tell myself, oh no.. not another person who like to share his music with the crowd. You know what I mean, sometimes you will see teenagers or ah pek playing their MP3 songs or radio out loud while taking the public transports.

This one is considered the worst. The radio has no reception and what you will be hearing is the buzzing sound of the radio out loud. Yeah, a loud one, and he act don’t care and don’t know. I believe there is some short circuit in that person.

He walked in with a plastic bag of newspaper, an umbrella on his arm, four EzLink cards on his hand. He is acting very impatient and curious. Moving here and there, shuffling his EzLink cards from time to time, moving the plastic bag from left to right hand after sometimes, moving his umbrella from one arm to another too. I got a bit distracted, and just feel like shutting down that damn radio. The lady besides me got distracted more I think as she keeps shaking head and looking at that guy.

Without having much choice, just have to stand it all the way till my stop. Hope will not meet this kind of person any longer. Very distracting. What worst is, he is standing nearer and nearer and finally stand very close right in front of me till his plastic bag of newspaper is residing on my knee. WTH.

What another experience. Lets enjoy this weekend with a retail therapy.
