Been not feeling that well for the past few days since Sunday evening. Its like exhausted, fever, flu, cough, sore throat and they all come and go as they wish on alternate days. Just when I feel more energized and better, it will gets bad again the next day. Everytime I slept with air-con, woke up in the morning, I will feel not well again. That is especially when the comforter gone to nowhere I can find easily until I wake up to find it out. So, I think I got cold from the air-con. One possibility. I shall clean up the filter later on. Damn!

Yesterday was a better day for me with only slight runny nose and terrible sore throat. Reaching the end of the day, I felt tired again, but I try to go to gym and I feel much better after sweating it out. So, had protein shake after the workout to supply my body enough protein. So, reached home after dinner and a short window shopping, then started to feel uneasy again. Especially the moment I switched on the air conditioner. And this morning I woke up with the bolster, comforter all thrown all over the floor. And highly chances that I will get cold again. And yes, its on again. Damn it.

On the Chap Goh Meh, me and few friends went and had a small gathering dinner at Crystal Jade Korean BBQ restaurant at the Centrepoint Orchard. It was my first time eating at Crystal Jade, any crystal jade. We ordered some ala-carte menu and shared a dish of Ginseng Chicken. Foods are really nice. The dessert is great too. Service wise is awesome and friendly. We got amazed by one of the waitress who smile without much hesitation while serving and providing her best service. Her smile was so beautiful till we even want to take picture with her, but no… we don’t do that la of course. :) Phaiseh….

Anyway, I had the Korean Bibimbap (mixed vegetables rice) along with Korean Tea. With one main dish, free flow tea, korean side dishes, ginseng chicken and a dessert, it cost me SGD 31 inclusive of GST and service charge. One expensive dinner for me of course. But well, its worth it to try anyway.

Finally I have the chance to visit Singapore’s J.CO Donuts and Coffee branch. The first branch in Singapore which is at Raffles City shopping mall. Took few pictures of it, have a cuppa there and take away half dozen of donuts.

Donuts taste similar, although it might seems a little messy as some staffs are not highly skilled yet. Even I found the baristas to be very slow and they can’t do multitasking. Got me standing in front of the cashier for few minutes until they do bother taking orders.

Carl’s Jr. has been one known burger franchise restaurant that has huge size of burgers and various choices. As quoted from the AboutUs of Carl’s Jr. web, it is told that: “Carl’s Jr. has long been known as the place to go for juicy, premium quality charbroiled burgers in the western United States”. So, you’ll know what to look out for. The other day while deciding on where to eat for dinner prior to late workout, apart from having my regular Subway, I decided to check out Carls Jr. again. This is my second time there. To cut the calories and fat intake low, I ordered for sandwich only.

Sorry for slightly blur pictures and not so detailed, as it was taken with my Samsung u600 phone and it sux when people are looking at you all the time when you eat alone. :)
