Been not feeling that well for the past few days since Sunday evening. Its like exhausted, fever, flu, cough, sore throat and they all come and go as they wish on alternate days. Just when I feel more energized and better, it will gets bad again the next day. Everytime I slept with air-con, woke up in the morning, I will feel not well again. That is especially when the comforter gone to nowhere I can find easily until I wake up to find it out. So, I think I got cold from the air-con. One possibility. I shall clean up the filter later on. Damn!
Yesterday was a better day for me with only slight runny nose and terrible sore throat. Reaching the end of the day, I felt tired again, but I try to go to gym and I feel much better after sweating it out. So, had protein shake after the workout to supply my body enough protein. So, reached home after dinner and a short window shopping, then started to feel uneasy again. Especially the moment I switched on the air conditioner. And this morning I woke up with the bolster, comforter all thrown all over the floor. And highly chances that I will get cold again. And yes, its on again. Damn it.
Now I got cold, sore throat and mild headache again. I really need to go get some medicine from the doc again. Its all finished up after 2 days and the sickness comes back again. There is something definitely not right. I hope I can get back to the normal fitness level again soon. TGIF already, and I hope I can rest more this weekend. And exercise regularly again.

Update:
Went to company’s doc just now to get some medicine to recover faster. So, I explained what happened, he said few things that should be note of and these clears all the wrong understanding all this while:
1. Sleeping late
2. Its not that recovery is slow, its because u guys just never rest enough
3. Do not exercise when you are sick as the body resistance is lowest when you exercise
4. Avoid oranges and lime ‘cos they can cause a lot of phlegm
5. Body normally takes about half a week to 1 week to recover
So, all this while, when I have sore throat, I drink lime, thinking that it could make the throat better, but no! Its worst. Exercise to sweat it out and feel better, yes, you might feel better after workout and sweating it out. But viruses can enter again easily and get sick again, just like yesterday. And when you are on MC, do sleep la. Don’t like me, sleep awhile, and watch movie longer.
Lessons learn. I hope I can heal better and exercise tomorrow. Missing body combat already.
