Hi all…
Been busy with transition, packing, moving, and enjoying life all I can in this lovely Singapore. Its hard, and it is even harder when the days left are just within few fingers away. Have had good time all this while and lately with all of you out there, will miss all the time and the experiences. All the best to all, I shall be back when I have some progress back there.
Will be back to blogging again soon after I done with the new Wireless Internet subscription at home.
So, do keep on visiting this site for updates from me. Will try to update by using dial up connection back there. Right now, I just don’t have the mood and time to blog. Let the heart rest and the mind clear up to withstand the pressures and hard feeling of leaving Singapore and all good friends here.
Be right back….
In the mean time, while blogging this, I came to realize of this song that played in my iTunes. A song by Fall Out Boy - Thanks for the Memories. One of the track in Body Combat 34, that is the Combat 1 track. Let me present this to all of you my friends out there for the memories that we have created in Singapore.

Yuuuhuuu!! Body Combat 35 really rox. Today is the launch day here in Singapore and I just did it this morning at 10.30 a.m. It awesome and super tiring.
One thing I would suggest for this release is, to control your stamina better as if you do start hard, you will get exhausted very fast and might already loosen up when the final track coming. So, control. Gotta correct some postures to let the results shown a little more. On the crunches, do squats more to achieve better results. I was doing it wrongly just now, but will make sure I did it correctly later on. Anyway, my chest and ass is a little pain now. All my backs and thighs feel so heavy right now.
Some muscles are torn there huh! Nice feel.

This time, it was launched by Kee Leong, Kelvin and Ben. All black top and bottom. It was my first launch ever to stand in the front row. Why? Because it is in Paragon, the home of our fitness place.

How do you want your breakfast to be unique at certain time? Bored with your cereal meal and the wholemeal breads which you have daily almost every week? Do tweak it a bit once in awhile and you will be amazed at how nice it is.
Last few days while I went to a customer’s site the first thing in the morning right from home, I have planned to get some good breakfast to come along after I finished with the work there. Nearby will be Subway or J.CO Donuts. So, I choose the later in the end. With no queue at all and the crews just preparing to start their day with a briefing still going on, I come over to the ordering counter. All the donuts where present. How good is it to have the chance to choose all the available range?
