One of the restaurant that we go mostly for our supper during weekend, particularly Saturday nite, is this Xin Wang HongKong Cafe which is located at Cineleisure, opposite the Heeren or California Fitness.
Almost every Saturday night if we spend our time around Orchard late till 10 pm, this is our next place to go apart from having movie or supper at mamak stall.
What are our most favorite dishes and desserts? Check it out one by one, ‘cos I gonna make you all hunger for more. I can feel my stomach is growling right now when I am typing this blog and looking at the pictures of the foods.
Firstly, the basic food that we might have sometimes is the French Toast:

Its buttery and nice for sweets craving.
Hmm just happened my friend is trying this new food that time, its the Chicken Chop / Pork Chop Sandwich: (not sure pork or chicken :P)

And coming up below is the Loh Mai Kai I think. I don’t like it though, as it was not easy to digest.

One more thing that one of us just tried recently by searching through the menu, its the Roti Prata. Yeah, imagine Roti Prata from a HongKong Cafe? How it is served with and like?

And here comes our most favorite dish that me and one of my friend will always had everytime; Its the Papaya Soup Noodle, in few different choices such as Pork Chop, CharSiew with Dumpling and Luncheon Meat with Egg. On the picture are the Pork Chop and another one CharSiew with Dumpling. The soup is so great that you will drink it all dry. Its just nice on the sweetness and natural.

Pork Chop Soup Noodle
Definitely must try!!!!

Can you stand it? Do you want to see more and mouth watering picture? Here specially for you Surfnux’s blog visitors and regulars.. the close up view of the Soup Noodle:

Starve for more? Go ahead to Xin Wang Hong Kong Cafe this weekend and enjoy it all you want. Drinks and desserts are not captured, as we were too hunger for these foods. But let me tell you some good desserts: Papaya Almond cream, and the Bean curd. Both are so great for health and mouth watering.
