For today, its TGIF! Lets have some tea time break. One and a half week to go till my time to leave Singapore for good. Lots of things to prepare and settled on my every free time.

Let me share some good stuffs for tea time with you all. I’ve got a shortbreads from a friend of mine who brought it back from UK.
It is Budgens Shortbreads. There are three different types of shortbreads available in a box, one with chocolate in it, one with sugars coated, and one plain one. The exact name for each are: belgian chocolate chunk, shortbread and all butter, crunch shortbread.

They taste quite sweet actually, and might not be great if eaten too much. The shortbreads are really thick and two of it can be enough to fill up your stomach for snack time or tea time.

Eating these shortbreads can be a little messy to your table, clothes and floors. As they got broken up easily once you have a bite on it. Anyway, enjoy and if you are looking for them, I am not sure where to get it from.
Can try to search through some supermarkets though, like Carrefour.

How was your TGIF today? After few days of rain in Singapore, finally it shines here in Singapore. And I hope it could last till mid night. Today will be a no-gym day. Dinner with friends and boozing at home.

Most cookies or biscuits from Scotland is a bit on the sweeter side. In Malaysia you can check with Mark & Spencer, they may have some stocks on similar biscuits!

Hi Big Boys Oven,
Thanks for highlighting the Marks & Spenser. I was trying to recall this supermarket that has quite a good range of nice cookies.
Cheers
