Most of you might have heard of Bee Cheng Hiang, which is one of the famous brand for the BBQ meat in Asia. Bee Cheng Hiang is originated in Singapore. There is also another famous brand here in Singapore, that is Lim Chee Guan.

I am going to share with you about Lim Chee Guan’s BBQ meat this time. Comparing to the others, LCG (Lim Chee Guan) only have the minced meat for the pork range. Whilst BCH (Bee Cheng Hiang) has the sliced one. LCG is much softer and tender. One famous thing from LCG is that every Chinese New Year, people will queue all the way just to get some BBQ meat.
Another nice product of LCG is the bacon. I did not get to buy it this time, but will see if I get to buy it later on. This time, only the BBQ pork.

In Singapore, the alternative to BCH is LCG, while in Malaysia, another alternative to BCH is the Chicken Boxing. I hope I get the name right. You know, it has a picture of chicken in a boxing glove. Its soft and tender as well.

Anyway, these are good snacks to have and to accompany with your meals. They all can be used to create some dishes as well, especially the floss.
