Finally I started to exercise again now. At least did it for two days consecutively now. Was on break yesterday and shall continue again today.
Thanks to Body Combat, I got the mood and passion back again. Did BC 35 and BC 33. Will plan out the release for every day and alter it every week. I would target to loose the new spare tyre by end of June hopefully. Once I got a steady income, fixed internet and gym membership will follows. Yeahh… sounds like a great beginning.
While doing the combat, I can’t really stand the heat and not having enough ventilation and cooling. I did it on the living room with fans blowing and two bottles of ice water. I wish I could have an air conditioned studio for exercise one day.
That is for sure after I got success.
Been living like home alone for the past 1 week as my parents are away for a holiday. One more week to go through this kind of life. Eat out everyday and I almost got bored of everything here. And can’t stand of eating Nasi Padang everyday. Everything is full of fats, not the good fats, but the bad fats.
There is hardly healthy eating out place here in Dumai. Not much healthy choice here. Even for bread, you only have white bread, chocolate bread, or pandan bread. There is no wholewheat or wholegrain bread. So, I rely much on my toaster to toast the white bread.
Still waiting for my protein shake and all the other stuffs that I left in Batam to be courier back to my hometown. Without those things, life seems to be incomplete. Gotten myself a planner, and had started jotting down every ideas and plan I had and started to arrange my time wisely. Hope everything shall be as smooth as I wish it could be.

Oi Dude!!! all the best for the new life in Dumai. I am still stuck in the UK but should be coming back home for holidays next year. Will give you a call and every one so we could hang out or so lol..

wow you just depressed me.i feel really bad that you dont have a gym to go to.
maybe you could start one in you front room lol,you could invite friends to your home and then do body combat together.
i think i would go mad without body combat,but there are lots of things to do to keep you fit,just look around,you will find things to lift and you could do lunges and squats and crunches and get outside even if its for a quick jog,dont look at the four walls it will drive you crazy.

Hi guys…. been doing fine, only not much progress in life. hehee getting fat and so on.
Emotionalistic: hehe yeah, long time no see. I haven’t been able to read blogs for the past 1 month due to this changes. Once I got a fixed internet connection, I shall be back to online smoothly.

Mandie: Thanks for the support and advise Mandie. Appreciate it so much. I feel doing exercise outdoor is much nicer than in the living room. Thus I am not doing much combat lately, and switch to some lunges, basketball drills, and kick boxing moves.
Miss combat so much. Its much better to do it in group.

glad to see your gettin out and about. my friends at the gym keep sayin its better to go joggin outside but i just cant bring myself to do it,if im in the gym its like im trapped on the treadmill,if i went outside i would have to stop all the time to cross the roads,and that would put me off,i would end up walking back to the gym to jog lol.
it would be nice to do other stuff outside,combat would be good with the cool air floating past,the air con in the gym is rubbish,and the class can get pretty full so it gets stuffy and the sweat runs off you.
all that food you ate looks nice,not sure about the fish looking at me as im about to eat it,i would have to cover its little eyes so it doesnt no what im gonna do lol,oh and the curry is making me hungry right now.
