IndoFood: Morin Chocolate Peanut Paste Last Cafe Session in Singapore’s J.CO Donuts & Coffee
May 18

One of my favourite snacks in Indonesia since young is Mochi. We chinese called it Muaa Chee. This traditional mochi that my mom always bought from the market is filled with coconut and has the sandy outer layer. The mochi itself is soft and sticky inside.

Unlike the normal mochis that we can see in Singapore or Malaysia’s market, they are mostly chopped into smaller pieces and mixed with peanuts bits. Some form might be in round shape, with various types of fillings.
