While being away from Malaysia, it doesn’t stop us from enjoying the famous Ramli burger that we normally get from the pasar malam (night market) or the road side stalls.

I managed to get the frozen meat of Ramli Burger from Carrefour Malacca from my sister, and what left is our own creation of how we like to make it.
Bought some burger bread from the local bread shop, get some lettuce, onions, tomatoes and cucumbers. Chili sauce were the Indonesian’s famous chili sauce: Sambal ABC. And some scrambled eggs.

First, fried the burgers with margarine on a non-stick pan.

Then put the bread that has been covered with margarine on the still hot pan.

Cooking it with additional of peppers, soy sauce, mayonnaise, tomato sauce, and margarine.

And there it comes the DIY Ramli Burger. It taste just like the normal road side Ramli burger stalls. Only lack of the Maggi Soy sauce.

Things can always be adjusted aren’t they? As long as you are keen to find the alternate way out. Things are progressing slowly, just have to control my emotion more, and bear with all these hard time for this time being.
