Finally I managed to try out few moves from Body Combat 36 release, which are really awesome. Watched the video fully, and did all the 5 tracks, and left the half of it.

This release has all the great combination of martial arts, that includes Karate, Boxing, Capoeira, Kung Fu, Muay Thai, Tae Kwon Do and Kick-boxing.

The upper body warm up track is really burning up, and the music is so up bringing. I love this track the most.

The Zombie track is really fun and the new move is really nice and working out your arm. Whilst the conditioning track this time is back to all abdominal works, so be expected to have your abs feel the new great muscle work on it. :)

This release can be said to be different from the previous, as Les Mills always bring up a new challenge to your fitness experience. So, do really look forward for this release coming out at your gym.

It will be release on the 11th July in Singapore. And I hope to be able to do more of this new release and experience the endurance and fun. Currently traveling to other towns to follow up with my business plan that are on hold for quite sometimes already.

Do check out the track lists and some more info on Body Combat 36 from these posts below:
