Few weeks back while I am in Jakarta for one week visit, I dropped by J.CO Donuts & Coffee plenty of times, and one of it was at Mall Taman Anggrek which is located at Jalan S. Parman.

Almost every mall in Jakarta has J.CO Donuts & Coffee now. It seems to be like how Starbucks is available in every single Mall or Shopping Arcade.

So, I was very lucky to have this chance to enjoy the Body Combat 36 launch in Singapore. It was just right on the time when I need to go to Singapore.

So, the launch was located at Fitness First One George Street on Saturday 12th July 2008. It was the place that I always went to swim while in Singapore. Being late, I got registered at the bottom of the list and could not get into the class as it is already too packed. So, a friend of mine volunteered his name for me. Thanks man. ehehhe

Being doing Body Combat alone here from time to time in front of the computer, I definitely feel strange when I am back to a crowded class. A moment I felt my body shivering with the shouting from the crowd. Its just so touching and nice to be back in the class full of fellow fans of Body Combat. Too bad it is my only class in Singapore on that visit.

This new release of BC 36 is featuring MAA (Mixed Martial Arts).

So, the first upper body warm up track: Walking on Memphis - is so so soooo great. I love this song the most and it kick start the new BC 36 with a great spirit. The new Samurai stance is just so cool. Then follow by the James Bond theme for the lower body warm up with lots of butt kicking move.

Comes the first Combat, Born to be Wild. It was a rocking song and the khata is so great.

Next is Power Training 1 - Magic Touch. Lots of scissors and skipping, accompanying the double upper cut on each side. And wait around for the combo.

Following by, the Zombie track on the Combat 2. Definitely a cool track and cool new moves. Its the claw….

And there is also a lot of kicking and jump kicks.

On the Power Training 2, Don’t You Wanna Feel is a great song for the recovery. On this track, you can have a slight recovery, but maintain your heart beat running. Lots of running on the spot, and jab. Wait for the lunges which you might bow for a mercy. It definitely works your butt and your thigh to the max. Such a great working out moves.

Following it, the Combat 3 with the song called “Bad”. Be prepare to launch your switch knee on this track. Yeah.. the Switch Knee is back. The song is just so entertaining and on the rhythm. Lots of kicking as well and nice combo of jab, upperkick, back kick. Look up for the cool ending pose.

After recovery and the Combat 3 which brings up the power in you, here comes the great Muay Thai. Love the ginga front kick combo. It was Cool. And save your energy for the power boosting combo and 32x front knees on each side. Woot!!! Yeah, its 32. Be prepared and go for it.

The power training 3, be prepared to move your hands and have the feel. Fast moving japs, upper cut, and hook. Go all the way on this track, and you shall never regret it afterwards. :)

Conditioning track this time is all abs move. Its a short track, so do really focus on the moves and go all you can.

And after all the hard moves and heart pumping tracks, you deserve this cooling track. World in Union. A wonderful song, and wonderful khatas. Enjoy.

And so, that is all for Body Combat 36 Mixed Martial Arts. Keep on combatting and keep your goals near. As for me, I have to get rid this belly as much as I can, and back to my body shape while in Singapore. :) Thanks friends for reminding me and the encouragement.

Yo! Back from Singapore the past few days, and internet is having some problem. No idea what the hell is wrong, perhaps it is with the cable or with the Prolink modem. Should have gotten a better Wireless ADSL router modem while in Singapore.

Anyway, now rushing for my business to start soon, hopefully can be done within this coming two weeks time. After sometimes not in Singapore, I found a lot of things has changed. More and more things are getting more convenient, life is better, and I wish I could go back there with a better future. Comparing to my life here in Dumai, there is nothing here. All I feel is like being locked in this one small world which is isolated from everything. People are not educated very well, thus there is just not many people who know manners and laws.

I am just so sick of it right on the day I am back in this town. Got fed up of the life here. Most probably because I just lived a short great life in Singapore this last few days. Not forgetting the Vomit day. hahahaha Anyway, got the chance to do the Body Combat 36 launch at Fitness First One George Street, Singapore. Thanks to my friend who were willing to give away his name for me to use to enter the class. hehehe Thanks for the dinner, the company, and shopping time. :)

Definitely miss those moments. Anyway, now I am back here, let the Singapore’s experience be the great memory and let the future be from here on. I gotta work hard to excel in this business, and pursue the happiness that I have been dreaming of. And Singapore shall always be near to me, especially all of you friends out there. :)

So, I am back on track now, and the internet shall be fine hopefully, so I can always be updated from time to time. And way to go for this business.

Apart from Newton Circus hawker center that is well know to everyone inside and outside of Singapore, there is another nice hawker’s center in Singapore that is less crowded and has almost every Singapore’s signature food and drinks. That is the Makan Sutra which is located just beside The Esplanade, or behind the Marina Square shopping center.

Me and friends often goes when we feel like having outdoor dining, especially when we are bored with the Indonesian foods. It is best when the weather is cool, and after rain.

Take a look at the surroundings and the settings. Its a nice place for dinner with friends. After dinner, you can always visit Esplanade for a theatrical movie, or walk around the bay, or go to the Merlion. And of course shopping around Marina Square and the other malls surrounding the City Hall. Continue reading »
