Oh well…… again I have expanded my belly. The belt I am using right now has expanded one more level out. Right from before leaving Singapore, it use to be at hole number 3. And now, hole number 2 is starting to get tighter and hole number 1 is soon to be used.

Its all due to irregular exercise and bad eating habits. Its just really hard to avoid over eating here. Not like when you are away from home, you can control your meals as you like. When back home, you will eat whatever your Mom has cooked for you. Then if you eat a little, it might break her heart. Just what kind of thought it is. Anyway, I am trying my best to cut down on rice and the meals now. As always, been trying trying half way and fail again.

Joined gym early of this month, but so far, only went for 2 session. Its just not the environment I get motivated at. Did few body combats at home sometimes, but couldn’t finish the full 10 tracks. Did cycling for the past 1 week, and love it, but time is not on my side. Lots of work to do for the business launching. Actually when I came to think about it again, it is not what I use to be by sacrificing my work out time for work. In Singapore, I use to leave work as early as I can, and as fast as I can to reach gym.

And out of all, I loose most weight when doing Body Combat. That is if I did not skip the conditioning track. It is the MOST important track in Body Combat and to maintain your muscles. Even better if you could add on weight training in between your Body Combat training days. That would give you maximum results and a lean body as you have been wanting to have.

For me now, its back to zero again, and I have to work hard all the way again just like when I first joined gym. Two years of hard works that goes to waste just within few months. So, whatever kind of exercise you’ve been enjoying and providing you results, try to stick to it as much as you can and not to fail it. I do not have much choice than to do Body Combat on my own in front of my Macbook. But that is one of the choice I had and I shall be thankful to it.

    Hi, I was doing BodyCombat and BodyPump in one of the gym for about 10 months…and I love it so much. Then , under some circumstances, the gym closed and I am left with a passion to do BC and BP….but no one to guide, I mean an instructor.And also…doing it at home by myself is kinda bored, moreover I don’t know the moves and the songs. Then, I found your website providing the list of songs from the BCombat’s of Les Mills. I really miss it so much.
    Do you have any idea if there’s any video that shows ahs the whole Track1-10 workout that I can follow and do it at home with a group of friends? Any sites to download? The ones I saw in YouTube is one track and some are only 2-4 minutes. Hope to hear some suggestions or good news from you.
