Some of you might have eaten before French Toast from your nearest local coffee stall. :) So, one day when I was in the urge to have French Toast, and couldn’t find bread for it, with Pao (Chinese Bread) available, I decided to use it to give it a try.

What I did? Cut the Pao into half, fill with peanut butter, add on half slice of cheese, and close it up. Mixed 1 egg with 2 tablespoon of non-fat milk, and dip in the Pao into it. Heat the frying pan with margarine, and cook the Pao on it.

It turned out quite nice and tasty. Just love it. :) You can try from your home too, with any kind of bread you have. hehehe Another picture for you….
