Acer Aspire 4937 Review
So, we are back at Acer’s new range of laptops, well not so new though, roughly about 2 months. Its the Acer Aspire 4937 which features DDR3 memory module and has similar design as 4935. Overall, this has become the best seller in Acer’s Core 2 Duo range of laptops.
This series will feature Core 2 Duo processor.

And of course the new class of DDR3 Memory…
When it was first came out, I put it up high on the glass shelves and make it looked like a luxury. Check out few of the pictures from different angle..
And here is the cool power button with Blue LEDs and indicator LED for HDD, Caps lock and Num Lock.
And here is the side panel which is touch sensitive and provides controls for the volume, playback, and Mute button. Its pretty convenient for it to be placed there, although it might be a little less sensitive at times.

Get the Parallel Import one. But now, the stock has finished and there is hardly any available. People switched back to 4935 now again. It sux though to be back to DDR2. Where are you located? If you want, I can try to look out for one.

Its the RAM used, DDR2 on 4935 series, and DDR3 on 4937 series.

Prolly around RM 2.500. The price should be cheaper there and it varies. Heard that the prices are dropping already.

Memory 3 GB? Tambahin aja 300rban. Kalau yg ada G-nya Itu speksnya tertinggi, dengan NVidia GeForce Graphic card, RAM tinggi, dan HDD tinggi. Best overall. Ada Finger Print lagi, dan PRocessornya lebih tinggi. Harga kisaran Rp. 9.800 – Rp. 10jt.

dude i purchased the acer ASPIRE 4937G(AT LAST!!!!). works great. But jus had one question in mind. i want to send faxes through it.but this thing has Vista Home Premium. Let me know the procedure to upgrade it to Vista Ultimate. I have the ultimate key.

Yo mate,
Fax? Hmm have not tried it though. Try googling on it. For upgrade, right click on My Computer, click Properties. Notice on the System properties, there will be choice to upgrade your Vista. If it does not shown, check google. I am too lazy to search.

depending. There is just no winner. Each series is targeted at different market. So, its all depends.

4937G has better graphics, I think its powered by Nvidia Graphics. And it has bigger RAM and Harddisk Space. DDr2 or DDR3 I am not sure. Never check them particularly.
