Body Combat 38 is not far from the launching time, and after reviewing the tracks, this is the most awesome track - Writing on The Wall by 2-4 Grooves. This track was featured on the first Upper Body Warm Up Track on this Release of Body Combat 38.

It does really brings yourself to the warm up level and get the fire burning through out the track. Check out the lyrics below and the video after the break to feel it directly.

Body Combat 38 launch is near and the video just out there to be shared with everyone. You can try searching for it and you shall find through one. After listening to the full tracks songs, which mostly are in disco rhythmic, I particularly kinda like the cool down track which features One Republic with their song: Say (All I Need).

One of the most awesome track in Body Combat release number 8, is Baby I’m On Fire.. by Ace Warrior. Just love this song so much that it is now on repeat under my playlist. Body Combat 36 has been around for quite sometimes, and now Body Combat 37 is coming out soon to your nearest gym. Before stepping over to Body Combat 37, lets enjoy this great cooling down track with title: World in Union, sang by Ladysmith Black Mambazo featuring PJ Powers. Its a great conditioning track and with great khatas as well.

Hi all…

Been busy with transition, packing, moving, and enjoying life all I can in this lovely Singapore. Its hard, and it is even harder when the days left are just within few fingers away. Have had good time all this while and lately with all of you out there, will miss all the time and the experiences. All the best to all, I shall be back when I have some progress back there.

Will be back to blogging again soon after I done with the new Wireless Internet subscription at home.

So, do keep on visiting this site for updates from me. Will try to update by using dial up connection back there. Right now, I just don’t have the mood and time to blog. Let the heart rest and the mind clear up to withstand the pressures and hard feeling of leaving Singapore and all good friends here.
