Unbelievably fast that the new Body Combat 37 is about to be launched in Singapore today. Yeah.. TODAY!!! Damn, I can’t attend it. I was there on the Body Combat 36 launch the other day, and now time has passed so fast, that I couldn’t even feel that the new BC 37 is launching already. And I’ve got myself gaining more belly fat than ever, and I should really start working out and stop this bad living habits.

Seriously, when I read the latest Men’s Health Singapore (October release), I really miss Singapore a lot. Miss the shopping, all the great food. Especially when I saw lots of new things to shop for, and a newly renovated 5th floor of the Heeren Shops which is filled with great restaurants. I couldn’t wait to go and try them out and make a review of each. That’s my life back then.

Now, I don’t even have much food or restaurants to review and post about. But perhaps, I will focus more on technology sooner, considering what I am doing right now. So, be expected to see more gadgets review and IT related post. Of course I would not leave behind the nice food posts and body combat posts. They all will keep on going for sure. For that what makes this blog alive. Thanks to people who’ve been visiting this site regularly, and for all Body Combat fan. Thanks.

Feel like doing the release today at the comfort of my balcony. Let’s see how it goes. Body Combat 37 is one release that really takes up your full strength and endurance. Great for your fat burning and extreme combaters who go all out. Cheers….

Les Mills Body Combat 37 has been out for sometimes, and yet I haven’t had a time to do it in full. The last time I did, I only manage to did till the track 5. I can say that this release is really awesome and heart pumping for all of us. Especially for me who have had been skipping exercise from time to time due to business demand.

Anyway, the music in this release is mostly rocking and some are really fun to sing along with. For the moves, all the combos are so great and I love the most the double knee, front kick, back kick, front kick, back kick, front kick combo. That combo really makes you ran out of breathe and feel the pain on your thigh.

So, be expected to get shaped up more in this release as the whole tracks itself is really high intensity and when the conditioning comes along, you will feel as if you are under an intensive training.

This Body Combat 37 release is hardest amongst all, from what I have tried. I am looking forward to do more of this release and get my body shape up again, and burn more fat definitely. Soon, when my business is stable, I will start working out regularly again. That’s for what I am trying to be. Way to go till the end of the year.

So, enjoy this new release of Body Combat 37, and bring out the inner strength in you. Heiiiyaaa!!!

Oh well…… again I have expanded my belly. The belt I am using right now has expanded one more level out. Right from before leaving Singapore, it use to be at hole number 3. And now, hole number 2 is starting to get tighter and hole number 1 is soon to be used.

Its all due to irregular exercise and bad eating habits. Its just really hard to avoid over eating here. Not like when you are away from home, you can control your meals as you like. When back home, you will eat whatever your Mom has cooked for you. Then if you eat a little, it might break her heart. Just what kind of thought it is. Anyway, I am trying my best to cut down on rice and the meals now. As always, been trying trying half way and fail again.

Joined gym early of this month, but so far, only went for 2 session. Its just not the environment I get motivated at. Did few body combats at home sometimes, but couldn’t finish the full 10 tracks. Did cycling for the past 1 week, and love it, but time is not on my side. Lots of work to do for the business launching. Actually when I came to think about it again, it is not what I use to be by sacrificing my work out time for work. In Singapore, I use to leave work as early as I can, and as fast as I can to reach gym.

And out of all, I loose most weight when doing Body Combat. That is if I did not skip the conditioning track. It is the MOST important track in Body Combat and to maintain your muscles. Even better if you could add on weight training in between your Body Combat training days. That would give you maximum results and a lean body as you have been wanting to have.

For me now, its back to zero again, and I have to work hard all the way again just like when I first joined gym. Two years of hard works that goes to waste just within few months. So, whatever kind of exercise you’ve been enjoying and providing you results, try to stick to it as much as you can and not to fail it. I do not have much choice than to do Body Combat on my own in front of my Macbook. But that is one of the choice I had and I shall be thankful to it.
