Body Combat 38 is not far from the launching time, and after reviewing the tracks, this is the most awesome track - Writing on The Wall by 2-4 Grooves. This track was featured on the first Upper Body Warm Up Track on this Release of Body Combat 38.

It does really brings yourself to the warm up level and get the fire burning through out the track. Check out the lyrics below and the video after the break to feel it directly.

Body Combat 38 launch is near and the video just out there to be shared with everyone. You can try searching for it and you shall find through one. After listening to the full tracks songs, which mostly are in disco rhythmic, I particularly kinda like the cool down track which features One Republic with their song: Say (All I Need).

Two nights ago, I had a chance to secure my hand to the satellite TV’s remote control, and so I browse freely for any favorite TV channels and programs. It was after 22.30 GMT +7 when my parents went to sleep. Finding nothing interesting amongst Indonesia’s channels that night, I shift to Channel News Asia. The only Singapore channel that I can get here in Indonesia.

I watch it every morning though for the latest news and the currency rates. On that night, Yours Truly Asia was on the program and I enjoyed watching it in English. Yes. Back here, the most you will watch and listen on Television is Indonesian Language, and the other time will be Hokkien and Mandarin on Taiwan channels.

Right when watching Channel News Asia, I take my chance to imagine my previous lifestyle and fun while in Singapore. Really miss those times and all of all, I miss working out and living healthy. Yeah, I miss Fitness First, I miss Body Combat and having fellow friends motivating each other to exercise more.

With all these dreaming, I dreamt of Singapore and meeting my fellow Body Combat friends last night. I was riding bicycle along Orchard Road, and at the traffic light, I met a combat friend riding motorcycle and behind us was a bus full with the other body combat friends who have just came back from some sorts of Competition. Weird huh?

Nah.. just a dream cache. I really miss doing Body Combat or at least working out intensively. Damn all these spare tyres which are getting bigger. Well, its lazy Sunday and at least now for every Friday and Sunday morning, I went for one hour morning walk with my Dad. But that won’t help me much in losing weight. That can help me maintain a healthy condition and slow down the fat addition. Motivation.. I need motivation.

Just after a week more that Body Combat 37 is launched in Singapore, and I myself haven’t had the chance to do all the tracks, now we are looking at the tracks list for Body Combat 38. Wow… Unbelievable.

Then, I guess the video shall be around soon in few more weeks. Can’t wait to watch the full video again. I shall try to find myself time to do more Body Combat as well now. No more lazying around.
